The McCain campaign has been working so hard to expose Obama as a shady terrorist for a long time now, making people hysterical with fear. But in this report, issued this morning,BellaOnline ALERT: Raw URLs are not allowed in these forums for security reasons. Please use UBB code. In that article, both Obama and McCain said something kind about each other. Seems like a good way to campaign to me.

Obama and Biden have both been giving praise to McCain for his time spent in Vietnam all along. This was despite the fact that McCain's entire campaign was based on lies about Obama being a terrorist and that he is raising taxes on the poor. Who is McCain, exactly, and what is reality to him? His approach to his campaign has been akin to a junior high school bully, spreading lie-based rumors for months, then kind of taking it back to someone he wants to like him, but not directly apologizing to his victim. Watching him and Palin operate is like watching an episode of The Twilight Zone - you can't put your finger on actual reality, just cherry picked words that have basis only in people's imaginations. So many people who support McCain are confused and frightened because they are trying to make these words fit into something real, because they trust him - yet the fantasy doesn't exist. It's the Bush syndrome all over again. It is almost impossible to see lies for what they are when you are dedicated to blind trust and faith in a person you only know through Republican colored glasses. You just can't bear to face the truth - that you have been swindled all along. It's like watching somebody struggle through a dysfunctional relationship - they can't see what's happening, but you totally can. It's truly bizarre and sad to watch...
