I just adopted a dog from the shelter and plan on going out everyday.
Unfortunately it gets really cold here and I found that you need to eat differently here to stay warm and healthy. But I'll try to stay away from fried food.

Ditto on the fitness -- which is just one big domino effect for more energy.

I am just about to jump on the elliptical for a go-round. Thought I would stop by and say hi for inspiration.

I did start takin Acai Supplements last week. And so far so good. I do a berry drink, kind of reminds me of kool-aid. Is anyone else taking Acai - I heard white tea is best according to Oprah and Dr Perricone... but I found the berry kool-aid on the Dr P site so I picked that up when I was stocking up on tinted moisturizer for the impending winter.

Ofcourse Fitness. If you have good fitness then it will effect on your skin.You will feel glow on your skin.After it you easily focus on Fashion.In the summary I always give prefrence to fitness.

I am already using more moisturizer on my skin!
