Does anyone else use chocolate as a de stresser? I thought it was a myth, but I feel it has proven it'self to me!

Yes, we've found that brewed chocolate does help to take the edge off stress. It seems to be a more pronounced effect than eating a chocolate candy. Possibly the difference is that we use raw cocoa beans which preserves more of the natural compounds in chocolate.

I am a diabetic, but have to admit - sometimes when i am stressed- I have got to get my hands on some milk chocolate! Not the dark chocolate....but my favorite is Mr Goodbar for destressing!

When I am just looking for chocolate - I can do anything from a Baby Ruth to a Milky Way to a 3 Musketeers......
