I have found though, that I get a great effect from eating chocolate. I don't even need to eat a lot. Just a small amount and I really am filled with a sense of wellbeing. It has honestly helped me out during these difficult times.
Does anyone else use chocolate as a de stresser? I thought it was a myth, but I feel it has proven it'self to me!
Yes, we've found that brewed chocolate does help to take the edge off stress. It seems to be a more pronounced effect than eating a chocolate candy. Possibly the difference is that we use raw cocoa beans which preserves more of the natural compounds in chocolate.
