That's awesome news ashley - I used to drink a lot of coffee and I really felt SO much better when I weaned myself off of caffeine. Much more relaxed and even keel. It's a very good thing to do for your health.
Exercise is of course really great for you, it helps you sleep better, it helps you manage stress better, and your body in general just feels so much more "happy"

I know it can feel tough at first to pay attention to carbs, like with any new thing you take on. Like learning to drive, it can seem like there is a lot to pay attention to. Then after a month or two driving becomes second nature and you don't even think about it any more, you daydream while you drive

The same is true for low carb. After a few weeks it all starts to just seem natural and you aren't "counting carbs" any more, you're just making decisions naturally about "Oh I'll have food X for lunch" and the idea of having food Y that is high sugar doesn't even occur to you. Your taste buds adjust too so you don't even crave sugars any more, you enjoy eating the low sugar things because they taste better.
If I have something "super sugary" now I honestly don't like it because it tastes sickly sweet. I would much rather have a homemade dessert with only a little sugar in it. It tastes better to me, more fresh and flavorful.
