Weight 124. Last night spent 70 minutes on my twist board.

Great on ya Rosie! I hope it stops raining for a bit - dog walking is good for body AND soul. smile

Skyhaven that is awesome that you have a dog to walk! That can be wonderful exercise! smile

I have just NOT been exercising recently. It was really rainy out today! I have been doing a lot of house cleaning which is a form of exercise though smile Tomorrow I will make some time!

That is great Jill - I bet that was very relaxing!

I went out raking for a while yesterday. Today I have a bunch of cleaning and vacuuming to do, so that will get my blood going!

the beach walking was relaxing but also a workout. Walking on sand is challenging. smile

Yesterday I did two hours on the twist board while reading things on the computer.

Rosie, is it possible for you to get a dog of your own? That would be great exercise to take the dog out everyday and good company too.

Walking on the beach is definitely a good workout. Good for you Jill!
I still have to get myself one of those twisty boards, but I'm not spending any extra money in August. wink Maybe in September.
I did do some stretches today and spent 40 minutes on the exercise bike.

Chloe - I would actually count a twisty board as a healthy investment in you, like buying broccoli. I am all for not spending extra money, but if you need a piece of exercise equipment to make you healthy I consider that in a good budget.

For example, not buying anything extra in August still means you can buy milk and eggs and broccoli. It doesn't mean you live on bread and water because you could smile
