Keep going Jill, you're doing great! 90 minutes is a long time!

The weather was really icky today, very humid, cloudy and warm.
I usually keep a bottle water in the freezer to take with me on days like this and it's melted by the time I get back.
I did walk for about 40 minutes and was planning on doing more but I heard thunder and decided to head home.

Yes definitely if you have kids exercise should be easy because there are so many things to do WITH them! So you get family time and exercise time and fun time, all rolled into one!

Those without kids don't have that kind of excuse, we have to track down someone to play with wink

Okay, I weighed 127.5 yesterday and 122.5 today. Do other people fluctuate like that?

Last night I did 30 minutes of treadmill, alternating running at 3.0 and walking at 1.5. No groin twinges. I also had an hour AM yoga class and did about an hour of mat yoga variations from a book at night.

Thanks Rosie! My goal is 120, but it seems that every time i get to 122 that the next day it's above 127. I don't understand but I will just keep working out and eating healthy. To stay at 120, knowing my body, I will probably have to fluctuate between 117 and 122 to stay on average for 120. smile

Yup it is definitely about averages, rather than exact numbers smile You are doing wonderfully!

Focus on eating healthily, drinking your water, taking those vitamins smile

Woo hoo! I finally got my Dance Dance Revolution area set back up - now that the main TV is working again I got my mini-TV into the basement. We even bought a plastic shelf to set it on so that it's up at a better height! I was so pleased that I did some dancing and can still do the harder songs (or "hard" as in what I found hard before wink ).

So that's good, my endurance and muscles are still doing well! Back when I began I couldn't even do some of the easier songs.

I also got a plug-in small air filter thing, which will help with some of the basement odors I hope smile

Yesterday I did a 20 minute easy stroll on the Alpine Pedal Path alongside big bear lake. That was nice. And the day before that i had another short easy stroll in the woods. Not too much exercise. smile I will try to get some treadmill in tonight, and maybe either tai chi, or some of the yoga that does not require putting weight on my injured finger.
