Last night i did 76 minutes of treadmill intervals. Up to 2.5 mph with no groin pulling.

That is awesome Jill it really sounds like you are healing up!
I promised to do yoga - but our TV died again. Now they won't be out to fix it until next week. And Bob has taken my dance dance TV up to use as a temporary tv so my dance dance is out of commission. The little TV is really too small to do yoga with. Hmmmmmmm. I'll think of something! Maybe I'll just go up and down the stairs for a bit ...

Today i only walked 0.75 miles its just to hot in my house, will try to walk earlier in the morning next time.

I took the day off to help my daughter-in-law paint her new office. So I did at least get some exercise there.

We're painting it a deep green and it looks like we'll need two coats. So we'll be back at it again next week.
