There is no disease known to man that can not be healed from within. It takes belief and then action. I speak from knowledge and 500 years of family experience. Speak healing over yourself, mind, body, and soul. When we say things like "I think that this is getting worse", we have just made it so. This modern world does not know that every word spoken has unbelievable power. Speaking a mish-mash of words together without corrective structure allows each word to negate the next. Thoughtful and positive word order coupled with intent cannot be over-ridden. There is no more powerful force in the universe. Today they are called affirmations and if we affirm our health daily our body must obey. When we say," No, I am NOT accepting that," and just stand in it despite the dubiousness and negativity of this world healing WILL result. World leaders of old including Julius Caesar, Seti, the great pharaohs, primeministers and U.S. presidents all knew the power of word order as nations were built or brought down by them. Are we any less than them? This same power is in everyone. We can eat all organic food, all the right minerals, vitamins, or health foods and if our attitude is not aligned with our desire we have just wasted a lot of money. There are many out there with limited income who cannot afford organic food, fancy vitamins or minerals, health food, or miracle healing books. What about these people???? Have no fear!!!! Speak it into being, change your diet a little, and you will be fine!!!

This philosophy sounds like this book by Wallace Wattles called The Science of Being Well He says we should never think about or acknowledge illness or disease. I'm not sure I agree with him that we should avoid all doctors but it's a very interesting book. You can download it on that site for free as an ebook.

Michelle,
Stress caused me to have such horrible abdominal troubles and a racing heart. I have mitral valve syndrome and a racing heart. Even though the original stress which caused all this is over, the physical effects will remain for a long while. Get checked out as soon as you can.

I'm sorry to hear about the trauma in your family, Michelle. That kind of stress can do a number on your system. As Green posted, ulcers are generally caused by the H.pylori bacteria - however, with the surgery you have had, it does make things a tad different. It may not be an ulcer, though. It may be other things going on due to stress, or other factors. Definitely see your gastric surgeon soon! It's the only way to know for sure... smile

Anyone interested in helping their body or their spirit to heal should watch Louise Hay's movie You Can Heal Your Life If you haven't been exposed to the ideas in this movie before, it could be life changing for you.

Shay, I agree with you that Michelle should check first with her doctor to see what's going on. That's always a good place to start. Once you know, then if you want to try alternative treatments you know what you are dealing with.

Good review! I just saw the movie too. Louise Hay was on Oprah talking about it so I ordered it. I loved the movie, even tho I hadn't read her books.

I just ordered a couple by her tho and got one at the library.

I just received the movie You Can Heal Your Life yesterday from Amazon and watched it last night. It was amazing! I'm going to buy copies for my friends and relatives for Christmas this year.

I think anyone who would like to be empowered to create the life they want, instead of just drifting in their current situation, should watch this movie.
