It's okay Athena. Cross your legs and breathe...the image WILL go away...kick your vaginal walls together twice and repeat, "there's no place like home, there's no place like home...." laugh

Maybe after the 10th or 11th child that area down there just stays permanently "open" ...

I read about this. I heard about them a little over a year ago when they had their 16th or 17th kid. The particular article I read said that the first four years of their marriage she was on birth control, and one of the first three kids was a miscarriage, and it said that they blamed that on the birth control.

I hope they're happy but I also really hope that they stop reproducing. I think it's sick but there's not much I can do about it besides shake my head. frown

I was just reading about a 17 year old that has seven kids (in Mexico or South America); all living with her parents. It seems she had her first at 14, the guy abandoned her, then she got pregnent with triplets. The family kicked that guy out for abusing their daughter (but not for getting her prenant); then she had another set of triplets and will not disclose who the father is.

I'm willing to bet she won't stop at seven. Of course I don't know if education on prevention is as common as it is in America but, please, I most definitely would not even think of having sex after the first set of triplets if that was my only means of birth control.

What I don't get is how can anyone afford to feed and clothe all those kids in this day and age?

Wow! 18... LOL When I was homeschooling, there were families that had a whole bunch of kids - like 8 and 10. I also know of a family that had the husband's vasectomy reversed so they could have more children. I think they already had 3 or 4.

There is some sort of thinking going around in some Christian churches that the more children you have the more blessings you will receive. I'm not sure that means had as many children as you humanly can have.

I'm a single mom with two girls. I'm not about to go and have more children to receive more blessings. I have my two blessings running around right now sorting out stuff from their rooms they no longer want.
