I like chamomile as a sleepy time tea - but to be honest I'm just not crazy about its flavor. It is a bit mild and grassy. I like the lipton "herbal caffeine free" one - quietly chamomile. It says on the package "shhh. You're feeling relaxed" It's so cool! Flavor? Mild. Grassy. I'm not a good one to judge varieties of chamomile

I used to feel the same way, but the taste seems to have improved over the years. I remember it as an awful taste in the 80s. They have one w/honey and it is so good.

In fact I just brought home Celestial Seasonings - the honey vanilla chamomile tea. It has a great, fresh aroma that isn't overwhelming. The flavor is nicely balanced too. I really like this one!!
The box says this is an ethical trade product and the box is 100% recycled.

Oh on the down side, I don't like the container. It's a cardboard box with them all in a pile together. But I normally relocate my teas into a tupperware, so it doesn't matter in our household

Stash tea has one called Orange Starfruit that I like. It has starfruit and orange so it has a nice citrusy flavor. You can sometimes find this in stores that sell stash tea or else order it online. I like Stash teas because they are individually wrapped in foil so they stay fresher longer.

That sounds cool, I'll get some and add a review to our orange thread!

Chamomile is actually my favorite tasting tea of all time. I love the mellow taste. I don't find it grassy at all. I actually have a large bin of it that I make as a loose tea.

A good quality loose tea (I get mine from TeaVanna) makes a lot of difference.
