Can't they appeal to a higher court since that one obviously has a judge with his thumb up his [censored]?

They were in court for like two years or something, and it was a nightmare. They also spent about $20,000, I think, fighting my sister for custody. My Dad has a stressful job, and can't handle the stress of fighting his daughter in court on top of raising her son. It's just too much. And it could go on for years. It was heartbreaking, and there aren't any guarantees they will even get custody.
