This is the worsed I've seen it. Normally, it dries up during the hotter days in the summer, but there was hardly any water in it to begin with this year. It's pretty much dried up. When it rains, there is some water in it. but it doesn't stay long. The ducks just kind of walk in it. The pond as I call it. Is probably accessive water from somewhere else. I live on a block that has about 10 houses on one side of the block. most of the houses on my block, have the pond in the back.
