Well, if that is true I'd rather stay unhip than listen to High School Musical and Hannah Montana [censored] all the time. Actually, I think those are really non-hip and very uncool. So that doesn't really make any sense.

Bingo:

You will feel so sad when you are the only one out their without kids.

Oh, it may seem that way to you - especially when I'm always the one getting stuck doing your job half the time when you're away for work because your kids are sick or need this or that or the one who always misses out on all the "family friendly" perks. But the truth of the matter is that I'm laughing all the way to the bank and an early retirement.

Bingo: You must be one cold hearted (insert word meaning "a female canine" here) not to want kids.

Then you must really think I am a cold hearted b**** (or b*****d in my case) if I tell you about my weekend trip away to (insert favorite local getaway spot) because the rates were cheap.

Bingo: Don't you feel lonely without a houseful of love known as children?

Ah, but I have a houseful of love known as dogs and cats...look, I have some pictures...aren't they just too adorable?

Bingo: I just can't understand why anyone would not want to have a baby....after all, it's normal and natural to want kids.

There are a lot of "normal" and "natural" behaviours that we as a civilized society must not succomb to... like men beating women over the head and dragging them back to the cave by the hair. War is also normal and natural, but thinking people try to avoid this sort of thing.

Bingo:

But don't you worry about the low birth rate?

Yeah, I was - and when I was, I found that I didn't like being forced to be around other children.

Bingo: I feel so sorry for your poor parents! If your brothers and sisters think like you do, your parents won't have any grandchildren.

Why should I have children to make OTHER people happy? Or did my parents only have me so that "some day" they could have grandchildren?

Bingo:

But it's so wonderful to hold a newborn. There's nothing like it.

Even if I agreed with you, I hardly consider such a fleeting experience to be worth the life-long worry and responsibility. If I wanted to hold newborns, I'd work at a maternity ward.

Bingo:

But having children is the most important job in the world!
