Happy Friday!

I am down another pound today. I weighed in this morning at 202.5. I am really hoping to be under 200 lbs in the next couple of weeks.

I have a blind date tomorrow night. This is my first date in some time. I am very nervous but finally starting to like the way I look. Thanks for your support and wish me luck!

During the course of my period, my weight varies each day between 124 and 127. Hmmm. I thought that was at least interesting enough to report. Also my measurements are bigger:

Chest - 37
Waist - 30.5
Belly - 35
Hips - 36.5
Thigh - 21

I will assume it's bloating, since I have been working out and low carbing just fine. smile

We will see next week. smile

Lisa, I saw on another post that you ordered a new ab wheel. That's great. smile

I still can't get anywhere near the ground (dan goes flat out, no problem) but I like doing around five of them a day. Dan says to only do a few b/c it can really hurt you if you do too much too soon. he never does more than five or ten reps with it each day. So that is just a caution for everyone thinking about getting one of these. smile

For people on a tight-ish budget, I wanted to mention that I see these wheels on a stick things all the time at Goodwill for usually 2.99. That is where I got mine. Make sure it's solid - not wobbly, and you will have found a good deal!

Right Bob can go out nearly flat and I can barely go a quarter of the way out before I get shaky. But I know if I keep working on it that I'll get better over time!

Yes definitely water gain is normal during your period, it's just a normal cycle up and down. Think of it as an ocean's tides smile

I wonder if periods affect the girls on Biggest Loser? I guess that would, wouldn't it? And every pound counts on that show to stay in the game. Not fair. frown

Hi Folks! I lost a pound this week. So it's 8 now. I had hoped for more by now, but 8 pounds is 8 pounds, right? I spent the day moving furniture and cleaning carpets. What a job, but the worst is over. So that was my exercise today! I am asking around for an exercise bike I can borrow from someone. I want to see if it is something I will enjoy before I commit and buy one. Have a groovy week everyone!
