Downward dog, yes, but also Standing Forward Bend and the one with the feet above the head while you make a triangle with your shoulders. Let me look up the name of it: shoulder stand. That seems to work the best.

Yes, but we can't really tell from one sample. This may have been an easy period (sometimes that happens). So I'll just keep logging each month for a little while and we will see.

Hey, if other people are trying this out, please be part of this informal study by writing down what you are doing and if it's helping, okay?

Right certainly, the more feedback we get from the more people, the better!

I'm an awful test case since I don't get pain anyway, so I won't have any "change" (unless I suppose it begins to hurt!) smile

Oh sorry I didn't mean it like that! It just like I said seems so intriguing to me, I never really thought it hurt anybody that much since it didn't bother me. It makes me wonder what other things I take for granted just because people don't talk about them.

I mean what if it hurt everybody to pee, and I never realized it because it doesn't hurt me and nobody said anything about it?

Good point about the peeing. It's true - how many things do we not know about others b/c the subject is generally off limits?

(it does NOT hurt when i pee, for the record). smile
