LOL ah but really it was easy. The bike work was all easy once I had the bikes outside. The dancing was quite fun! The yoga at the end was a little more challenging but from a flexibility point of view. Plus it was only 20 minutes.

Hi Everyone! I am back from my vacation and had a wonderful time! I did not go crazy with my food, but I did have more carbs than normal. I had a half baked potato and a piece of toast one day and a piece of spice/raisin cake another day a three bean salad another and that's about it for big carb foods. I didn't think that was so bad, but as of this morning I gained 4 pounds. Darn! I expected some what of a gain. So I am back to 7 pound weight loss. I got right back on the program today and am still determined.

Lolly, you are a rock star. Who goes on vacation and even still tries to do eating right? So four pounds is no big deal. And you probably had a GREAT time! Just focus now on fiber and fresh foods. smile

Lisa your new bikes sound cool. What kind did you get? Road, mtn or hybrid?

Hello everyone!

I am happy to report that I have finally lost a pound. I know that is not an amazing achievement, but it feels good because now I am back on the right track. I am a little nervous about Easter, but I am going to try to be strong. How is everyone else doing?

Lolly that is SO great, I am very proud of you!! You probably would have gained MANY more pounds if you had not been paying attention. Good job!! You're on a healthy path smile

Marvin's Mon - that is GREAT news about the pound and the bike! Forward progress is wonderful news! I started out at only 3 minutes at a time and am now up to 30 minutes. You take things in little steps! Let us know how that goes!

I have my bike news in the bike forum! Road bikes, our mountain bikes are in great shape.

I finally went down two pounds! Somehow I did it by going out to a nice Italian restaurant and having salad plus swordfish and then cheese for dessert smile
