When you measure your thigh, where do you measure it? Bob was thinking that we should measure "halfway up" but I thought it was easier to measure the thickest part

Sueey2 - it really does help you see you're making progress - sometimes if you only lose 1 pound in a week you actually lose a lot of waistline and it can be really encouraging. So even if you don't post it here, it can be great to record it for yourself to give yourself encouragement that you are making progress smile

OK I definitely need to pull out my tape measure and hope I am losing inches smile I am up to 139.5 I think it said. Which is the wrong direction for me. I am being a bad example for everyone! I think I am doing bulk-up exercises to gain muscle rather than toning exercise to lose fat. Although you would think with my hour of dancing every day that that would burn off fat.

Still I really do have to say that I seem slimmer and I certainly feel much better!! So I think it's also an important lesson not to focus TOO much just on "losing weight". There is a wide range of weights that we can be healthy at, and it's more important to be active and get exercise than to be stick-thin smile
