Phyllis - if you go to the very first post in this thread here, there's a link to the DVD on Amazon. It's not an affiliate link or anything - just a straight link so you can buy it easily!

I see I didn't have a link to the mat location, on my mat review. I've added it in. Here is the mat write-up and the link is the last post now.

Woo hoo!! It really makes it so much easier when others are doing the same thing you are and can offer advice and encouragement. I definitely think this is a relatively easy way to get into motion and to start improving your flexibility and strength!

I am really looking forward to it. I notice that when I get up in the mornings I am stiff and sore - like this morning, my neck is really stiff and the muscles tight. I think yoga is going to help me a geat deal to prevent this, or at least lessen it, by making me more flexible.

Yes definitely I find myself much more limber in normal day to day activities now smile It affects your whole life! I know that sounds like a stretch but really, having a well functioning body just makes your whole day better.

Good post. Nice information has been shared about the yoga. It will be very useful for the beginners. Yoga is one of the best exercise which gives a peaceful and healthy mind. It helps to relieve us from stress. Many DVD has been arrived for beginners to learn yoga and to know the benefits of different type of yoga. I got more information about the yoga from the yogasuppliesonline.com They are dedicated to yoga and they give any type of information about the different type of yoga. I did this DVD tonite, as well as one by Shiva Rea. It was very nice to set up a sacred space and do something slow, physical, and mentally restful

What a day.

I do feel better now.
