What's your favorite specialty channel?
For some it may be HGTV or the Food Network. I am more of a USA and TNT person myself. My husband is a Golf Channel addict.

I love the History Channel and Turner Classic Movies. And any channel that a Western is on or that Pro Wrestling is on.

I love movies and television that actually teaches you how to do something. The crafting shows, the DIY woodworking and building programs (we all loved Blog Cabin)and the classic movie channels seem to be the ones that I frequent.
DH enjoys ESPN, the Golf Channel and music channels. We may not sit quietly and pay attention the entire time, but those are the ones that play in the background more often than others.
The older girl likes Hannah Montana (I'm not crazy about it, but try not to make it a huge issue) the middle one is into Spongebob and Sprout.

I like Hallmark and SciFi channels. We don't watch much regular network TV anymore. I watch TV with the kids too so I know what they're watching. Some of the shows are surprisingly good!

Hallmark does have some good shows on it, I like some of their miniseries. They have the new Robert B Parker series that they occasionally do ...

I like the Fine Living channel and the Food Network. We also keep our TV on the Golf channel and Bloomberg quite a bit. My husband likes the Science channel. I like to joke with him that he is probably their sole viewer. :-)

My favorite is the Food Network and I like certain shows on BBC America. I heard recently that Oprah will be starting her own TV network and I am sure I will be watching that one too.

It is difficult for me to pick a favorite specialty channel because I usually have only one show that I watch on each channel. For ABC Family, it is "Kyle XY". For BBC America, it is "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares".
If I really had to pick one, it would probably be Current TV. That the channel I turn to when I don't want to watch anything in particular but I need something to keep me company while I fold laundry or surf the internet.

I really like Food Network. I'm a terrible cook, but I like watching people who can do it right.

Oh wow. This is a tough one, glad I can choose more than one.
Discovery, Discovery Science, History, History Intl, Food Network.
Isn't Alton Brown the witty one?

I love PBS. They always have such intriguing specials that I get sucked into no matter what I'm doing. This Sunday they're airing what looks like it will be a very interesting documentary on Muslim-American comedians post-9/11 called Stand Up: Muslim American Comics Come of Age. I'm definitely going to be watching - everything they show is well-balanced and well-done.
