I've been watching Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice from the beginning. The women aren't doing so well. I'm surprised and it doesn't look like it's getting any better.

Why do you think the women are losing so badly?

I've been watching too and I'm disappointed the women keep losing. But on the bright side, they won once.

To me, they don't use their celebrity enough. The men flaunt it.

The women also seem to have a difficult time asking their spheres of influence for money. The men are more "gutsy" about taking on the tasks.

I'm not sure what to think - these are smart business women.

I agree with what Sunshine said.

I think 's hard for them to use their celebrity and ask for money. The men seem so laser-beamed focused on the task of making money and winning.

What do you think? smile

They won once but that was when they had a man on the team. It was his idea to use Carol Alt as the spokesmodel and Omarosa took credit for that.

Omarosa is holding that team back, I believe. Trump only brought her aboard for "good television". She should have been gone the second week.

The women celebrities are all successful business women. But, they do have managers, agents, etc to help and guide them in real life.

Do you think women really think so differently than men in business? Is Vince right? The only reason the women won their one and only task was because there was a man on the team?

I wouldn't like to think that was all true.

It does kind of suck that they had a man on the team for their first victory because now you won't know if it could have been done on their own or not.

Would Omarosa have picked Carol Alt to the spokesmodel? Do you think Omarosa is holding her team back to satisfy her own ego?

I thought for sure that they would have won the matress/romance one because I can think of greater romances than Marc Antony and Cleopatra. They could have done something with Romeo and Juliet and the death scene on the comfortable mattress.

My wife and I were both shocked when the men won that challenge.

The women did make dumb mistakes in past challenges like having David Hyde Pierce standing there with a baseball cap on and the Playboy model not calling Hugh Heffner during the Broadway ticket challenge. I can understand that she wanted to wait for another challenge but that was pretty presumptuous of her thinking that she was going to make it to further challenges and I believe that Trump fired her to prove a point.

Sharon, I think women think differently than men in business but that is a good thing. There are plenty of ideas in business that need a woman's touch or a women's point of view. I believe that women are just as brilliant as men in the business world and the only difference is that it is engrained in men since childhood to be business thinkers because they are stereotypically the bread winners and the archaic thinking of women are supposed to be at home taking care of children and running the household.

That is changing though as more and more women are becoming doctors and teachers and business owners than there were twenty or thirty years ago. Today's young women are being taught that they should be self sufficient and not to depend on a man for their basic needs.

When I was a kid in school it was girls who took Home Economics and guys took shop classes. Girls were taking typing classes and learning short hand to learn how to become secretaries and not business owners or business presidents.

That is all changing now and pretty soon the male business owner or the male company president will become fewer and fewer or there will be just as many women in power positions as there are men.

Don't let a show like the Apprentice feed a stereotype that men are better in business. After all, it is a reality television show and things are done a certain way on these shows and edited a certain way for good television.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you start to see the women start winning challenges over the next couple of weeks if not for the rest of the season in the name of good television but they will have to stay away from dumb mistakes for that to happen. Remember on the challenges with the winners being the ones with the most money, the men haven't had that much more money than the women. I think they were right around a thousand dollars or less.

Sorry for the lengthy response and I hope I made sense to you.

I think that the women have done just as well as the men. As Vance said, the challenges have been very close. The women just need to step it up a notch. I thought the women had the better display in the mattress challenge. The only reason that they did not win is that they had their mattress covered up and you could not see the brand. The men kept their mattress bare.

Who thinks Omarosa needs to go?

I was embarrassed my her actions. Women don't have to resort to such dirty tactics to win at business. And yet, the team won.

I loved it that the Donald couldn't fire anyone on the losing team last week. Omarosa does need to go. I don't really care for Piers(sp?)either but the things she said to him were just over the line.

I know she was just trying to get a rise out of him but she didn't and shouldn't have said the things she said to him.

Her fifteen minutes has long been up but unfortunately, she is the type of person who will wind up with a talk show or something next fall.

Marilu got eliminated tonight. I cannot believe that Piers and Omarosa are still hanging on like a bad cold.

Well, it happened again - another woman is gone.

If you watched last night, you could see it coming. Marilu talked too much AND her friendship with Carol kept her from bringing Carol back to the boardroom. Carol should have known about Easy Pay. Sometimes the friendship factor can be a hinderance to women in business.

I'm making a prediction - Trace Atkins is going to win Celebrity Apprendice.

What do you think?

Omarosa is still there - she was pretty subdued.

You know the women want to win for their charities but they can't seem to get it together - why?

I agree with Sharon, I think Trace just might win it all!

I agree with the prediction that Trace will win. He is very low key but has had the best ideas and he gets the job done.

A man was sent home last week - two women remain.

On tonight's show - who do you think will be sent home Piers or Omarosa?

I think the two of them are getting just plain nasty - certainly not good role models.

I would like to see Piers go home. While Omarosa is also nasty, I have at least seen her be supportive of her teammates on occasion.

Omarosa went home!

Piers was motivated to win and he did.

Frankly, I don't care for the tactics of either Omarosa or Piers.

I still say Trace Adkins is going to win - my husband thinks it's going to be Carol Alt.

One women left - we'll see.

I am really enjoying this. I was hoping that Trace would be so upset at Peirs that he would pound him in front of the camera but no luck.

I don't care for either Piers or Omarosa, I was hoping that Piers would be gone but NOW I just hope he doesn't win. I'm sick of hearing him flap his gums.

So who do you think is going home next week? I'm looking at either Stephen Baldwin or Lennox Lewis to go home.

Piers is so tough. I just hope that he doesn't win.

Trace was mighty upset with Piers - I think we'll see that play out this coming week.

I think Stephen Baldwin will be going home - he's lost his enthusiasm. The only time he's focused on winning a task is when it's for his charity.

I'm glad to see Omarosa leave.

I agree Trace Adkins is going to win - it's his low-key manner and he gets the job done with dignity.

Stephen Baldwin is acting like he's tired of playing the game.

I am glad to see that Oma went home-a.

How nice that it was relatively the same challenge that sent her home a couple of seasons ago. Who was it that basically said Omarosa "wasn't a real celebrity because she had no real celebrity contacts". I thought that was classic and when she called Piers a homosexual, he came in and kissed Trace Adkins on the cheek.

Anyone else but me think that Trace was going to get up and beat down Piers? lol that was funny. Trace didn't know what to do.

I think one thing that Piers says is true, Omarosa doens't have the celebrity contacts that the others do.

I can definetly see Trace winning this one.

I was kind of surprised about Carol not knowing about easy pay, all the shopping networks have that. I can't help but wonder if she lied about that one.

I am kind of sick of Baldwin and his going on about his church and so forth, I would LIKE to see him kicked off. Can you imagine what a pain he is at family gatherings?

The women kept losing because they are not focused enough.

It's not personal, it's business! What part of that don't the women get. They need to get aggressive.

I happen to like Piers. I think he realizes that by letting Omarosa get under his skin, he was giving her power. She really went over the line. What a trouncing he gave the other team!

If Trace is mad that Piers decided that he would not dignify Omarosa's ludicrus accusation, then I feel sorry for Trace. It was a joke, he needs to get over it. Making light out of the whole thing and her was just brillant in my book.

I have to say I love Carol but you don't succeed in business without having some sort of killer instinct. While I agree that Trace has had some great suggestions, he has not come across as a leader. Surprising, Lennox has come across as a sweetheart as well.

Stephen is just the most hypocritical "pastor" I have ever seen in my life! I say he is the next to go. How lame a "celebrity" is he? His contacts are friends of friends, who buy from the opposing team? He was too busy trying to pick up women to actually accomplish anything on this task. If he can't be in control he gives nothing to his team.

I hope Piers wins it all, but I wouldn't be upset if Trace or Carol won it either. I just think Piers wants it more.

No big surprise that Stephan Baldwin went home. It's like he lost his passion for the game.

It was a good challenge last week. I thought Trace Adkins came up with a good sandwich. I was disappointed when they lost.

I'm still predicting that Trace is going to win.

Trace has come up with some great ideas. Carol Alt lives in NY and Donald likes her, probably why she is still there. Although he really liked Marilu. She has a new book coming out in May and I am getting a copy from publisher to review for another site.

Well, who is going home tonight?

Did the previews say two were going to be eliminated this week?

A poll I read predicted Trace Adkins to win by 70.46%.

Piers and Trace - good vs evil.

Not a women in the final two - the way it's been going this season I'm not surprised.

I'm still predicting Trace. Trace has his game face on!
