OK now I was bad and pretty much didn't bike all this time, I wasn't feeling very well and also the dinner was past smile I did do 15 minutes in a stretch last night and did it without any pain at all! So I am impressed that my muscles have survived the quiet period without any noticeable issue! This encourages me to get back to it smile

March is almost here! Soon it will be warmer, and we can all start going out for walks, tending the garden, enjoying the sunny outside world some more! I'm really looking forward to it.

My boyfriend has filled the living room with recording gear (he's in a band) so it's challenging to get in to the exercise bike right now. I'll have to find alternative options - and I want a new pedometer! Maybe we'll go to the mall and get one and go walking smile What will you be doing for exercise this week?

I know what you mean, Rosie. There are some days that the time flies by and others that seem to drag on. I walked for about 30 minutes today outside. It was cold, 32 degrees, but I would rather brave the cold than be on the treadmill. I get bored faster when I'm on the treadmill, even with the TV on.

skyhaven - do you have a MP3 player? Sometimes it really makes the time fly by to listen to music or even to a story. When I would listen to stories in my car I would drive around the block to finish up a chapter smile

I like biking while the TV is on especially if it's something active like an iron man competition. It inspires me to ride even faster smile

You can post it whereever it makes you happy to post it!! Some people aren't doing the loser challenge so there is a spot for everybody.

My exercise bike is covered with recording gear thanks to my boyfriend so I am stuck right now. I should walk in place or something ...

walking in place to TV has been working well for me. And it's low impact. :-)

Lisa i have a CD player, and walk to music its a lot better than just watching tv i do both ;o) my treadmill is in front of the t.v.
i also alternate my speed to the music i usually start off with a speed of 3.0 and when a slow song comes on i drop down to 2.7 or 2.5 depends how slow the song is. then back to 3.0 when a fast song is playing. i've been getting the job done, and it is a chore most times. lol
