Lollie - that is such great news!! Really, there almost always are good options out there if you keep your eyes open. I *adore* deviled eggs, I could eat those all day long
Not that that would be good for me! But it goes to show that some truly decadent treats are completely low carb.
Remember everybody to drink lots of water and to take your vitamins daily! Both of those are *key* to flushing the excess fat out of your system, and to helping your body metabolize as smoothly as it can.
I'm not in the challenge myself, but I've lost about 4 pounds already, just following along
