MaryEllen - there are many parts of Mused which are solid photos so it definitely can be done like that. I have several soft cover "photo books" so it's a quite valid option! I would go that direction and then if you get picked up by a real publisher they can always reprint it with a hard cover if you wish. You have to start somewhere!
