You want a TV show to motivate you while you work out? Try watching "You are what you eat" on BBC. You'll go twice as fast.

I love "You are What you Eat"! I don't have BBC anymore, but I might pay extra just for that show. Gillian is amazing! She doesn't sugarcoat anything!

And, I did used to watch her while I worked out! It does help!

I usually listen to the radio (public stations if possible) or Pandora. Any other Pandora listeners out there? Have any shared station recommendations, for working out, or just for while you're working? I don't have a good workout station going yet, but usually listen to reggae, blues, ska, alternative stuff.
