When I was a kid, I was afraid of large spaces (churches, business buildings, etc.) It wasn't the buildings themselves. I had this nagging feeling that I wasn't quite tethered to the ground, and if I let go of, say, a church pew, I would be swept up into the sky. When I would walk into a place with high ceilings, I would hang on for dear life!

Not exactly stable, huh?

Having people in my house without knowing it. Just thinking about it gives me chills! There's an old movie with a babysitter and the psychopath who killed the kids is in the house and calls her, that part I could watch many times a year and I still will freak out while watching it (the rest of the movie is awful). There's also people who just break in people's homes to take pictures of them while sleeping and they just leave without doing anything else !
