Good resolution Candice! I can't believe how expensive cigarettes are. I wonder what would happen if someone who smoked 2 or 3 packs a day ( like my husband use to), stopped and put that money in a savings account. It would add up pretty quickly.

He doesn't smoke anymore but he doesn't save the money either.

That's funny, Lynne, I was just calculating how much I have not spent on cigarettes since I quit smoking 21 months ago. At the current price, I am saving $3,204 a year! Of course, when I first quit, I rewarded myself with books, clothes, pedicures! And, we did go on a nice vacation, too.

So, yeah, it's a big savings.
