where did the dividing by 2 come from !!!!! THE NUMBER 30 IS NOT I REPEAT NOT A VARIABLE(by this I mean the number 30 will be there no matter what)
so the highest you can get is 8.5
cos even at maximum 255/30 is 8.5
:note the ONLY number in that equation which can change is the 255 which is based on compatibility levels get it yet????

lets put it in nursery/kindergarten terms
if you have 30 children and give them each an apple how many apples would they have!!!!!
NO CHILDREN GO WITHOUT NO CHILD HAS MORE OR LESS THAN ANOTHER!!!!!
so if you have 255 apples then each child will have 8 and a half apples
if there are 150 apples then each child will get only 5 apples each
: if you undrstand this then just change apples to compatibilty points and forget the number 30 means thirty chirldren and that it just means 30!!!

It's not that difficult...it's just that because you first mentioned the 30 points motivation when given 100.000 gill...and then say compatibility points /30 = motivation I thought you were talking about the same sort of motivation points as in sub 1.

how bout this i go out pay him to beat fiends in the calm lands for a while then i pay him 1.3mil. gil against greater spere but i save it before each time i go against the greater sphere
