We have different incenses and candles we use. I like lavender, vanilla and rose for relaxing. Bob loves citrus for refreshing a room. I have cedar for when I'm doing my yoga. He got me some jasmine but it's a little too "flowery" I think

I use essential oils for stress and they work great. Lavender is one of the really relaxing herbs. I've read that the scent of lavender is as effective for sleep as over the counter sleep aids.
