We don't have an exact air date, but watch the listings for this major drama event the week of 17-23 November.

Judi Dench will be fab.

It looks like I will have to wait a little longer here in the US unless I can download it using bittorrent but thats OK. It sounds like it might be a Masterpeice Theatre release here in the US.

We won't have to wait long on this side of the pond...keep your eyes on PBS early in the new year following the Austen fest. Speaking of the Austen fest, viewers in Canada will be able to catch these new adaptations on TVO:

* Dec 16 Northanger Abbey
* Dec 23 Mansfield Park
* Dec 30 Persuasion

I'll be there!

I heard Judi Dench being interviewed about it.

Apparently the reviews for her first performance as a youngster were terrible and she nearly didn't continue acting!

Since the death of her husband Michael? her acting has kept her going.

yaay -its great - exquisite sharp filming - luscious village and countryside scenery - tight direction - adroit performance from all the pro's - its the sort of production you want to see a repeat for, before the next episode, just like you do when reading an austen novel!

hope it gets to you all soon.
