Do you write for about.com? How is it working out?

I don't I just know they pay and that you can write if they hire you. Other than that... nada....

I looked into it, and want to try it, just trying to fine tune my application article. I would love to get paid for some of my writing and their pay schedule would allow me to work at my full time job five days instead of six. Crazy right?

Not really I work at my home based business 7 days a week. But I do because I love it not because I need to. Right now is my favorite part - start up marketing. I keep moving lately so this is the third time I've started in 6 months.

Sue, what are you extremely passionate about? That's what you need to do for a business. I love what I do and I never feel like I'm working. Like today I'm making signs for an Open House, might sound dumb but it's fun!! Trying to get people out is work but I enjoy it when they do show up and find out shopping can be a relaxing experience. It's also nice to help other small business women showcase their businesses as well, its my way of helping out and giving back!

Well, I am very passionate about my family, but I can't make money off them, I've tried, no one will buy them LOL.

Of course, I am kidding, but I am passionate about my family. Not really much else. I do really enjoy writing. I need to take more time for myself to figure out how I could work from home and make enough to survive. We live paycheck to paycheck right now, and I have a son going into college next year. So the income will be a factor.

You said you live an a remote area, how remote?

Woodsy - there are more people moving here every day, but still not even a suburb.

I used to take care of kids, very profitable and I got to stay home with my kids. I did go a little nutty though, but I had way to many kids.

Now I sell stuff out of my home. My website is starting to come together but it takes time. As time goes on it will give people like you more and more options, ideas and help. Right now it mainly reviews company products I sell and know.
