Thanks for this article. Its a great read.I take BP meds, but workout 5xs/week, and eat healthy 80% of the time. I also take fish oil, and a multivitamin. I am a healthy weight, but my HBP is due to genes. This article also mentioned meditation, which I find relaxing.
