I will start a new discussion as you requested - shall I label it Thoughts on Goal Achievement?
Shall I again list the goals I had earlier in your discussion?

That would make a good general thread, but what about seperate ones for our goals? I think when they appear on the forum in the right column, a good title will attract others interested in the subject. So i'm thinking maybe like:

How to be happier

Sleeping better

Getting over fears

...etc.

How about a thread:

How to learn to stick up for yourself?

That is an issue I am dealing with in therapy - self-love. I went through a rough childhood and never learn how to....

That sounds great!

Which title would you prefer:

How to Stick up For Yourself or
How to Chose Self-Love over Self-Hate ?

Both are great.

How about taking the first step and believing that you will choose the best title?

As far as business and money, perhaps we could start a thread called something like, "Developing the Entrepreneur in You".

The only problem is that it is Thanksgiving Weekend here and I'm heading off for the long weekend. Perhaps I can post it next week unless someone else wants to do it.

You are in Canada, i take it? I can't remember when Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving. I'd love to hear more about it.

What about an exercise and diet club to help keep us motivated? I feel like i need folk who will ask me every day if i have exercised and eaten well.

I've also seen "tickers" for people trying to lose weight. Have you seen those? I've never used a countdown ticker but i think they are a great tool.

Who else would go for exercise and eating better?

I don't diet ;0)

I went to a nutritionist who told me I was to never diet again. Instead I had to re-evaluate the way I ate, why I ate what I ate, and when. Now 150 pounds less later, I am doing good but could always loose another 50-60 more. Now I need to add exercise which I might be doing soon with belly dancing or kick boxing class which is offered at the spa I work at.
