I heard there was a big shake-up with squidoo recently and it's articles banned from the search engines. Does anyone have info on this?

haven't heard anything about that. I thought squidoo was cool when i first made my pages there. I make just as much if not more from affliate links here at BellaOnline and my other websites. why would search engines cut squidoo off?

In the last newsletter, Squidoo said someone had hacked the site and made an awful mess. They have fixed it, but the search engines are slow to fix their end of things. My traffic is still up, but my lenses are so weird that I think I am OK.

Jeannette, try putting some pictures, more modules on your site. Add something from youtube or flickr or both. Or even put up more sites that are more specialized. Like you have, one on yourself, but also one on Domestic Violence and feature some of your articles and your story, maybe some of the treatment plans for offenders, like the Minnesota plan or there may be new ones by now.

Squidoo has become quite popular recently. Google indexes it very quickly.

I have a few Squid sites. I'm always making changes and they do come very quickly in the search index. I think it's a good additional to your existing sitees.
