Positive thoughts are sent to your puppy! Our puppy has had a bum leg on and off since we got her. The vet said it's a passing thing due to growing. It still breaks my heart when she starts to limp and I too think about how awful it would be with a kid.
Best of luck with your baby. I know the bills get high, but they are worth it. We got our little girl pet insurance and it looks like it will be worth it already.
