I'm amazed at the wonderful ways to help with simple problems with essential oils. It just makes sense to try simple things that have worked for centuries, before running to the doctor. See a doctor and they'll prescribe a pill - see a surgeon and they'll suggest surgery. I'd rather avoid both!

I totally agree about the essential oils, as you can see by my sig. I was so impressed with using them as remedies that I decided to sell them myself.

Essential oils are easy to use and very cost effective with no side affects, like with mediations. Most doctors do what they know, which is treat symptoms, rather than trying to get to the cause and fix it.
