Right values means what we think is right both for ourselves and others.

I give very high value to truth.
If I lose money in a business by speaking truth, that is OK with me.
But if I earn money by lie, I would never do that.

I value non violence.
For any reason if somebody hurts another person, I hate that.
I will rather walk out.

Strategy means what is the best way to reach our destination.
that requires changes on the way. And we should be alert to carry out those changes to achieve our goals.

For Example- You want to earn more money.
what is your strategy for doing that?
Have you thought about the obstacles on the way and how to overcome them?
That will be strategy.

Yes, i do. I don't remember the chapter, however.

I can understand your values. I also, have found myself in situations where one value to do the right thing would take priority over a personal desire, so it is easy for me to understand your not wanting to earn money by using a lie.

So, we can be passionate about something that does not violate our values.

I think you know them already... passionate about people i care about, even those lost.

And helping people, and art, and writing and learning and nature and definitely personal growth, and cooking and design and even politics and social issues and other things.

My goals... as in my dreams and wishes for life? ...or in regards to working through fears? ...or in the more immediate sense of what i'm trying to do these days?

Yes, i try to quantify... and also trying to get better at measuring progress.
