I love writing, drawing, painting etc... but for the most part I don't because I just don't know WHAT to draw, paint or write. Every once in awhile something inspires me and I end up creating something, but I can't pin point what it was that inspired me to begin with.

What inspires you to be creative?

I love drawing and painting faces - so for me, an interesting face can spark my creativity. I felt compelled to make a caricature of Kurt Vonnegut to go with an article I wrote, just because I was seeing photos of him and found his face fascinating. (You can see that here if you're interested.)

I also like to visit online sites like Deviant Art for inspiration. There are so many wonderfully talented artists out there, and I love digital fantasy art.

Faces and people are probably the hardest for me. They always end up looking funny. Another problem I have is making my art work look realistic. My art always has a bit of a cartoon kind of look to it. I would love to learn how to make things look realistic.

What inspires me is the voice inside. My passed, my pets, and mostly tapping into my feelings at the time. It starts with a thought, then a writting purge then a song and eventually a drawing!
Then of course the public displaying of my work.

I like to think. when I begin thinking, my mind gives me new ideas. that itself makes me excited.

I get inspired by challenges.

We created all our websites without any formal training in web designing.
I challenged myself and my tow sons and we worked very hard for last eight years.

Today we are known as good designers.

Despite many many setbacks, I never gave up.

Competition always inspired me in my school days.
I never wanted anybody else to get first rank.

I was always inspired by great teachers. "Great" to me meant they knew their subject and knew how to make it interesting and relevant to the students. Great teachers always knew how to get students interested in the subject and make learning fun!

Yes. godd teachers know how to get best out of students.

I had a wonderful teacher in grade 11 and 12. I was in a cook's training program at my highschool and my teacher was the most caring and enthusiastic teacher I had ever had. He REALLY cared about his students, he loved his job, he LOVED to cook, and he was very encouraging. Not only was he an excellent teacher, but he cared about us as people, not just as students. If any of us had any problems at home or with friends he was always there for us. We became good friends after graduation. We still email eachother a couple times a year, and just last year he came to my wedding! I learned alot from him, and not just about cooking.. about life.
