I'm planning cotton summer tops at the moment - and lightweight shawls and coverups for cooler nights.

At present, I am working on Annie's Bitty Baby & outfits & cradle purse for my granddaughter's July birthday. Just finished a round ripple afghan for a friend's 50th birthday & am working off & on at small things, like bookmarks, lucky penny holders for sale & gifts, angels & other Xmas stuff. Always have something to take along on a trip.

We've just finished making a family blanket for my dad. He is extremely poorly and we wanted to make him something to keep him warm - however also to give him some memories. We all made squares which had some significance (for instance we used to have rabbits as children so a square had a rabbit on it, dad was in the RAF so one square was in airforce blue etc). It was going to be a knee blanket however so many people wanted to join in we've made a full size blanket and a knee blanket. The good thing about working with squares is that they aren't too big to work on or carry around - but oh my, the sewing up....!
