Do you remember the game "One of these things is not like the other?" In this round, we're looking for things that parents/family/friends can send to their student to help ease the transition to college; but, one of these things just doesn't belong in our list. (Hint: The answer can be found on the colleges site in a related article.)

Send a gift-basket or care package with
(a) a love note from home signed by everyone in the household
(b) packages of clean underclothes and socks for every day of the week
(c) a pre-paid calling card/phone card
(d) a diary type notebook where every member of the family has written in tips/suggestions for the new student
