Hi Dusty,
We're all a little cheeky here, that's part of our charm! These forums have led to some really interesting friendships round the world. We're glad you've joined us. What areas of new agedom are you especially interested in since you've gravitated here first? T

and you are all indeed charming Trishh grin
I agree about the fantastic friendships that can be made through well run forums, I myself, have made many strong and true friendships over my last 10 years of dabbling in forums, some even came to visit us here in Australia last year from the UK!
In typical New Age fashion...the whole darn lot interests me wink I love learning more and more and tend to follow the guidance of my higher self as to what new paths I follow, and I suppose I made a bolt for the New Age forum because of its eclectica and of course this was the first forum because I was supposed to meet all meet all my new friends here grin wink. I do run my own forum online but in spite all my efforts its remained quite insular and become more a private affair and I want to attract more friends, with new experiences into my life. This has been the friendliest forum by far btw!!

The really great thing around here is how open everyone is. Even when we don't all share the same religion, everyone is welcome. I've been very blessed with the friends of all religions and backgrounds that I have made here, and have never felt "out" because I didn't agree with something.

Harmony yes, I've noticed and its wonderful smile. I myself am not a follower of a organised religion (I believe thats the buzz phrase) although I do believe every one of them I've been aware of has some greatness to offer, and no matter who believes what I'm just happy to know people have faith. I think its crucial.
I suppose I could ask this in a new thread but I'd love to know peoples experiences with other similar themed forums, the majority I've come across tend to have a lot of "right" fighters as members, which to me is contrary to the theme and a turn off...here is a pleasant change smile

MICHELLE! I am so glad to see you! *big hugs*

Deb,

There have been those who have been here to "convert" or cause trouble. but that is far and few between. Other sprituality and faith forums I have gone to have been inundated with them. BellaOnline strives to create a welcomeing and warm experience in our forums. Many of the editors have set up specific "guidelines" on what activity they will and will not tolerate. Being the GLBT Editor, my forum unfortunately had to have these "guidelines" put into place.

I hope you always feel welcome and open to post!
