And once accepted, all else becomes a non-issue, not even necessary to spend time on. Reaching nirvana only happens to few and then sometimes retreats because life just gets in the way. But at least we realize that we are one with the universe and satori is within reach if we just get out of the way. Nirvana isn't a place, it's a state of being. if you think you can get there, you never will, because you are there already. It's not a destination, because it's rright where you are, right now. I believethat she was right in a sense. she said reaching Nirvana. Yes, you are right, but unless you do progress you will not get the state of Nirvana. It can be called a spiritual journey where we shed all our other burdens and get totally free at the end.

This is what people fail to realise. There IS no journey. You are here already. It's just a question of dropping the attachments and realising the moment. If we continue to perpetuate this image of something being 'out there' somewhere, outside of ourselves, we will constantly be waiting for something to happen in the future....our determination is lessened, because, "It's ok, I'll do it when such-and-such a thing happens"....we're constantly putting it off, erecting barriers in the form of delaying excuses...waiting for this future point to materialise...
But the future doesn't exist, not in a real sense.
if we can't do it 'Now' then when do we expect to do it?

There is a story.
A man wanted to know his true self.
he went to a guru.
the Guru told him that there is nothing to know. You are that, you are God. the man was very disappointed. He went to another Guru. the other Guru told him that it would take twelve years to answer. the man stayed and served the Guru for twelve years. After that the Guru called him and told him you are God. the man protested and said that earlier a Guru told me same without working for 12 years.
The Guru answerd- Truth never changes, but you were not ready to accept it. So it took you 12 years. The moral????

It is highly enlightening to see non-christians trying to engage on Christian forums without fear of being booted or banned. It is too bad that the non-christian forums are not as tolerant as the Christian ones. Only the lie fears the truth and tries to shut it up.

I am a christian and I was the one who had you baned from the other forum you will notice how ever most non christians do not bait the christians as you have baited them this shows more matureity on there part then you have show! So you can blame me all you want for your banishment but do not blame the others because to my knowlage I am the only one who turned you in and i told you that i had on the forum!! You give Christian a bad reputation and it has been my misfurtune to have ingaged you in topics!!!
Jesus preached, lived and taught Love, compassion and peace as well as I am the way the truth and the light! Learn your Bible and live and walk the Christ-like walk before you pass judgement on anyone let he who has no sin case the first stone! that does not say forgiven sin or as long as the are christians. if you are sinless andthere for God you can judge everyone and anyone you want ...but your NOT MY GOD!!
