I am happy because:

I attended my friends graduation tonight and she received the award for perserverance to succeed and seeing her massive smile when she received that was so wonderful. I'm so proud of her and she deserved it.

I live about fifty metres from the cheesecake shop - yummm! In moderation of course. yes.... moderation. <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I just am happy. It's a wonderful feeling. I feel like I am exactly where I want to be in life at this moment. That to me brings a wonderful sense of achievement.

There is a saying which goes:
"Everything in Moderation - including Moderation...." !!

Congrats to your friend......and good for you too....

How many people fail to realise that in the unaffected Mind, you always have a choice on how you feel!!

Love the moderation thing. I should probably pay more attention to it.

You are so right. We can choose to have a good day or a bad day. I choose to have a good day and I now cannot remember the last time I had a bad day.

My three reasons for today:

I went to a really fantastic inspiring seminar last night.

I got to sleep in this morning

I have a roof over my head, food in my cupboard, and clothes on my back.

1. My business is going great!

2. I love the holidays!

3. I love the extra family time we seem to get at this time of year <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

1. I had a pretty good night's sleep.
2. My kids are feeling healthy and happy.
3. My husband gets to come home early today.
4. I have great friends.
5. I have a great Mom.

I have friends.
God is with me always.
Christmas is coming and I'm going home!
I'm slowly growing towards what I want to be.
My family's doing okay.
My brother's still breathing even though he's sick (and I'll give him a punch when I get home for being so careless with his health).

I get to relax today.
I get to organize another online class!
My Christmas shopping is almost done!
I have peppermint ice cream in my freezer.
The weather is cooling down enough for me to wear my favorite sweatshirt!

I'm alive!!!

I have a new way of thinking and doing things

I'm redecorating my flat - Yea!!

1. I'm in the middle of making 3 beautiful mosaic pavers and it feels great to be creating.

2. I'm alive, and inspired

3. I am abundant and rich in health, wealth and relationships.
