I have looked in every store imaginable...
I've searched the Market.
Scoured the Internet.
I've looked both online and off-line - everywhere.
Big fat zilch on costings, prices, discounts, offers or promotions...

D'you know, Smiles are free?
So is Courtesy.
And they're worth ten times as much when you give them away....

This is so true Alexandra! Where I live in the US, (California) it's very overcrowded, and we get a lot of angry drivers. I love the looks on peoples faces when I let them go first at a stop sign LOL. They must think I'm crazy for being courteous!

OK, if you feel less than happy at the moment go ahead and find something that makes you feel good. Look for one little thing, then look for another and another and another. I bet you are feeling better now? Keep going, yes look for more and more things, sit up nice and straight at your computer, relax your face and yes, you may put a small smile on your face! Feeling much better now, I'm sure!
Recognize feelings of "less than happy" and act straight away. There are millions of thinks in the world that make up happy..we just have to open our eyes and see them.

this is a great idea! One person thinking happy, joyful or peaceful thoughts can help overcome the negative energy in the world from people who think angry, resentful, hateful thoughts. When I put out happiness vibes, I think of it as doing my bit to make the earth a better place.

Whatever you think about and focus on will grow! I want to help grow a world full of peace, happiness and harmony.

Somehow this '500 smiles' got struck in my mind. So while I was going through my day, when my mind have some gaps of time in between and negative thoughts start replaying in my mind, somehow this '500 smiles' thought will come to my rescue. It's really amazing what this '500 smiles' do to my day. Amazing ...

I hope this '500 smiles' will permanently be stored in my brain.

There was once I'm in the bathroom, facing the mirror, and suddenly this '500 smiles' thought came to my mind. And I smile. Wow! I notice such a beautiful sincere smile. I guess we never really take time to notice how beautiful we were when we smile. What a pity.
