i'll be glad when poncho's go out of style again (NOT!) i've made so many in the last few months. I'm working on two afghans for christmas presents. One is a rectangle granny in cream and country blue, the other is one i've made before from a scrap leaflet from Leasure arts. this one in black, tan, and cilantro (green).

Well lets see I am starting today to make 21 hats and scarves for my sons class, trying to finish an afghan for his grandpa, and my various other things.

Wha.. the??? Hats and scarves for the ENTIRE CLASS? Yikes! I only have 15 students in my class, and would never attempt making that many scarves AND hats.

You are a Crocheting Pro, Eva!! Good luck and lucky kids!

Last year I made 20 pairs of slippers that they used as a sort of "incentive" to read. They would put on the slippers and lay or sit on the floor to read and if they were not going to read then they couldn't put on their slippers. It worked out well.
