ok Hi everyone I have been seeing people die before they died since i was 2 years old It scares the [censored] out of me and everytime I sleep I wake up screaming... I dont sleep more then 15 minutes... I now have a fear of sleeping and to top it all off I have insomnia I refuse to see a doctor because thats who I am My last dream I had was a mother pushing her not even 6 month baby infront of a semi in a down town area I have saved 3 people out of about 90000 people <number is aprox> I see alot THE WORST thing about this is they ALL actually happen if someone doesnt intervene.... does anyone have any advise as to what i should do? oh and im only 17 by the way

I wont get into details but as an example, I knew a day early that Princess Diana was going to die in a vehicle, I knew Johnny Cash was going to die 2 days before he did.

I dont have the dreams often, maybe 3 or 4 times a year and they have always been celebrities or distant relatives.

I dont intervene, I can't, I haven't had access to any of these ppl and in most cases it was just nature taking it's course. The Princess Diana dream was the only one that wasn't a natural cause of death.

I dont actually see the death in my dream, just that it is going to happen and i see their age in symbols, in the case of Princess Diana I saw her getting out of a blue vehicle, calling to her sons who were waiting on a platform behind her, and she hugged them and said goodbye.

We had house guests at the time and I said "listen to this crazy dream" and told them and they just looked at me like I was missing half of my head. The next morning they were watching the news and saw the news story, they woke me up to tell me what happened since I dont ever watch the news!

omg im not the only one?! I just see it all the time and i see a queztion mark face i dont see ages or anything like that but i see body outlines and it scares me to death because i do watch the news... its as scary as hell I saw my grandparents die before they died .... I saw hobbie die too for those of u who dont know Justin Hobbart... I have seen alot of people die... including celebrities

I'm not surprised you are scared. Your psychic senses are working overtime. None of these deaths are your responsiblity, you are not required to do anything about them- you are just picking up on the news a day early. Remember they would happen whether you saw them or not. Unless you are given a message about an avoidable death concerning someone you know, or can access, then ignore them, you really cannot do otherwise.

It is surprisingly common to pick up on deaths just before they occur. It happens more with close friends & relatives- you just seem to be soaking up everyone's stuff.

I suggest you 'close down' before you sleep at night. Imagine each of your chakras closing like a flower, starting from the base & going up to the crown. In the morning see them opening from the crown downwards again. This should quiet the psychic stuff & let you sleep.

but heres the thing i cant just ignore them ... and as far as just a day early I see them any wheres between 3- 12 days early... oh and my parrents made me take a stupid sleeping pill <they told me it was for pain when realy it wasnt> and I have never seen so much death in all my life

First try the closing down exercise I suggested. You can also ask your guides or angels to help you sleep all night & watch over you sleeping. You don't need to 'know' them- they already know you & will help if you ask.

I dont like taking pills so i wouldnt take it again anyways... i dont trust my parrents anymore and i have tried praying it doesnt help any

Do the exercise. Just do it with intention & report back then please! If you don't understand it mail me. You need to take back control of your psychic perception or you'll be ill.

I also suffer from insomnia, not for the same reason, but because of horrible dreams.

The sleeping pills will oftentimes interfere with controlling your dreams. I know your parents are trying to be helpful, but you are correct in not taking the meds at this time. Once you are able to control these dreams, you may be able to take some sleeping aids.

Lauren's suggestion of shutting down your chakra's is very good, it will help keep the info from coming in, and hopefully keep your mind from reaching out.

But you also need to work on controlling the dreams that you do have. During the daytime you should practice meditating, controlling your thoughts. I'm sure Parthena has soem articles on her site. How to Have a Lucid Dream This is one, and there are other links on her site as well.

As Lauren has already pointed out, though. Release your guilt. These deaths are not your responsibility or fault. That is for television and movies. You are only human, just with a gift for seeing things that most others can't. Death is not always a tragedy. We never know what kind of life the person might have had if death had not taken them. Perhaps even what seems an untimely death is a mercy. We cannot know.

ok so I have tried the methods above and they didnt seem to work... so anyone other sugestions?

Shutting down psychically at night is the most effective thing I know- if the stuff is still coming in then you haven't closed down firmly enough. Try putting an extra layer of protection over the closed chakras- especially the brow & crown- Imagine an indigo silk scarf tied across your eyes & third eye like a sleeping mask.

Say out loud "I am instructing my guides to let me have a good night's sleep. I ask my gatekeeper to let no-one through to disturb my rest" Keep saying this over as you go to sleep. Your gatekeeper should not let anyone through if you ask that the doors of perception are kept closed- that is his/her job. We all have a gatekeeper regardless of religious belief so don't worry about being heard.

Another thing & please don't be insulted or shocked...some drugs damage the protective membranes that cover the chakras & the psychic gateways get stuck wide open. If you've done any psychoactive drugs or other mind altering substances this will have made the whole thing worse. Stay off anything like that (no need to confess if you have done anything- not being judgemental here, it's just another factor that needs to be considered.)

Also, David, the lucid dreaming is a learning process. It will take some time to be able to control your dreams.

That is why I suggested practicing meditation during your waking hours.

I'm afraid these aren't quick fixes (which I know you desperately want) - but on the other hand, they will be with you for life.

I tend to dream of major disasters before they happen, such as the sinking of an Australian ship some years ago, the Tsunami and the Twin towers. Sometimes of air crashes. I got used to this and as I didn't know how to stop it, I just put up with it. It doesn't happen every time, and I never figured out what triggered the times when it did happen. I just put it down to my highly tuned sensitivity.

I appreciate your advice on how to 'shut down' before going to bed. I'll be doing this in future because, as you have said, there is no way of preventing these disasters so there's no point in allowing these disturbing experiences to continue.

Hello again Patience, good to hear from you. I've had similar- the last time was that awful school siege in Russia- I had a dream the night before they blew the bombs with dead children being taken in ambulances & crying mothers. Fortunately I don't get many bad dreams so I tend to leave my chakras open- I get psychic messages in my sleep that are helpful to me.

Hello everyone. I have dreams to that are like that. but i see things like demons and angels fighting....wars ect. All of my christian friends say it is a gift. Some people are afaid of this gift. And some people may think your crazy lol. Sometimes i am afaid for what i see in my dreams but now i grow to understand them by help of people who has study this and preachers ect. Even though they are sad and heartbreaking dreams. Everyone is telling me i need to write them down in a notebook. I have friend who can tell what stuff means. Like Tigers, wolves and types of birds. And even colors. We got to talking the other day because i had dream over year ago about my husband "so called" trying to break our marriage up. I never saw her face until a few weeks ago. I told him that is the girl. He said what do u mean. I said do u remember me telling about the girl who was trying to break us up he said yeah...i said THATS HER! We had gotten into fights because of this. I told u may not believe but sometimes are messages from God. He said fine will ask our friend because he has gift to tell u what dreams mean. So he pretty much made my husband look like a fool. my husband told him many of my dreams that has came true. and he said look she is having prophecies these are a gift. So if she is having this dream about this girl then u better believe her and take it as a warning.

This what i do when i have dreams like this. I pray that God helps me better understand my dreams. Show me what he wants me to know. Because sometimes things can be stop. But with people dieing. Sometimes u can not stop it. Like with my brother death. I saw him hung himself in my dreams 2 days b4 he did it. It was like i was watching him in a window. Everytime i was about to see his face the sun would glare into it. Then when he actually killed himself i woke up with a cold chill. Then my dad called me and told me about the heartbreaking news.

i truly love this gift sometimes but it is scary to know sosmething b4 it actually happens.

Thank you Lamoona for your post. You clearly do have a gift, though as you say it can be scary at times. You aren't alone in seeing angels & demons fighting in your dreams either.

Today i had dream that i had a well over a year ago. I see my husband being killed in car wreck and then cuts where i am sitting on a beach crying. This guy i meant b4 i guess he knew me from somewhere we meet. Then goes to where i am walking down aisle about to get married. i see everyone and this guy who i saw on the beach. i dunno who he is. But i know his face only from my dreams. I can remember what he looks like pretty much in detail.

I had this dream when I was prego with my daughter in 1999
I was in a store with a lot of arabs or so they were they were saying bad things about god and up top I saw arabic lettering and I could read it and it had four numbers except one was blocked off blured on purpose the numbers were 200? and then I find myself in my house there were airplanes it was firing somthing at me but I escaped then I found myself in a new setting telling people not to go to this place today or every body is going to die they thought I was crazy but they did not listen and they died I was still trying to figure it out can someone pls help it still bothers me a little.

Lamoona, this isn't necessarily a predictive dream. How do you really feel about your partner? Sometimes, subconsciously, we'd like our current spouses 'out of the way' to let in a new love. In our dreams we can play this out, fortunately it doesn't have to happen, but if there are issues in the marriage you can look at those.

Fattina, it sounds like a terrorist attack style dream,, with similarities to what happened at the Twin Towers. However don't let it bother you- it probably wasn't predictive. We live in mass media times with bloody & violent images paraded across the tv news daily. Many people will have scary dreams that take these elements & recombine them. I don't think our subconscious can differentiate between real personal threats & threats that are affecting others.

I've given up watching the news- I find it too disturbing & it leaves me feeling powerless- I would rather work to brighten the lives of those I can reach.

i love my husband very very much. I cried when i saw his death in my dreams. Cry every time i think about it. I told him about the dream. He hug me and said u know if God wants me. Then don't be afaid to move on.

Keeping positive then, we do sometimes dream of our worst fears. For the sake of your peace of mind I'd put the dream aside; it's good that you discussed it with him though.

I just ran across this thread - (there are no accidents)

There are a couple of things that I can add to all the wonderful above info that I have found helpful in ensuring a positive and peaceful dreamtime.

First and foremost - clear the sleep space of clutter if at all possible. (it really DOES affect the energy if you are a sensitive.)

Second - Have you tried smudging youself and your bedroom space? ( here is how to do it - http://www.sacred-texts.com/bos/bos054.htm )
It can clean-up a WHOLE LOT of "ugly"!

Prior to sleep, playing a tape of ocean/soothing sounds/music or finding a "sound machine" can sometimes help with cleaning up unwanted dreamtime stuff.

I have also found that a pre-sleep sea salt/Dead Sea Salt baths to be helpful in cleansing you and your energy field to clean-up psychic static and basically recharge your energy field. Plus - you can get bath salts in yummy aromatherapy scents AND can store corresponding crystals/stones in the salts to charge them to boost or add to effectiveness! (they are available at any major discount store and almost all pharmacies in the bath/beauty area)

Then again - have you thought about the possibility that these dreams might be messages from distressed people who simply need somone to hear that they are on their way to the Other Side?

They might just be scared, panicked, and reaching out to someone receptive to their newly transitioned energy.
If you can achieve a lucid dream state - tell them to go toward the Light and send them on their way with all the love in your heart.

Just hang in there - being a dreamer can sometimes be a bit trying, but you have this gift for a reason.

ok this si going to sound wierd but every night and every day i am suronded by death i dream about death and next day ill drawn a picture of the death to see it in the news paper the next day i need help bacuase other people when they see death in there dreams they wont sleep but i cant wait to see whats next im sick but i dont want to be help

Karl, a fascination with this kind of clairvoyance isn't surprising. You aren't actually making anyone die. However it perhaps is a bit morbid & unhealthy to dwell so much on death. If you feel this is 'taking over' your life in any way it would be worth getting help.

wow.. well i know this is a bit old.. but i'm going from back to front! I've had three such dreams two girlfriends and one random person I didn't know. I've seen some tragic things in dreams that I'm assuming have come true because in my dream they have that... feel to them. Most of the time my dreams that come true are pretty unimportant. However, I can understand what you are going through as far as the fear of sleep because of dreams like this. I really hope you can work them out.

For me... I never know when its going to come. I have yet to find a way to stop them from happening... but a part of me feels the last one I had, was avoidable and I could have maybe done something, but I ignored it. I told myself it wasn't going to happen but it did.

I still hold some guilt for that dream but one thing with all my dreams of this nature i've found is that I CAN'T change the outcome or stop it from happening when I've dreamt it. So that kind of makes me feel that maybe, it was unavoidable.

Either way, i wish you the best an no... you aren't alone.
