Did you not read my post? Did you not read the Washington Post this morning? Do you not read at all?

Jim, to be truly informed, you need to read some more. Read both what you would consider "liberal" media (as someone with a journalism background, I can't help but laugh at that term) and conservative stuff. Read stuff in between. Honestly...the stuff you say...it sounds like a broken record. And you aren't really saying ANYTHING at all. If you came here for debate, you really need to bring it.
Bush just recently contradicted himself to George Stephanopoulos this past week. He said, "Well, hey, listen, weve never been 'stay the course,' George. We have been-we will complete the mission, we will do our job, and help achieve the goal, but were constantly adjusting to tactics. Constantly."
He said we would "stay the course" AT LEAST 6 times. This was well-documented.
Oh my God. FLIP FLOPPER. Remember that term, Jim? You said you voted for Kerry, didn't you?
Whitehouse.gov only releases information that they want to release. Of course it's all going to be good. Get a clue.

No other President has done such damage to the Constitution that some of us have felt compelled to leave the country, feeling that the changes under him have encouraged the progress towards being as restrictive and abusive a system as existed in Germany in the 30's. He attacked a country that had done nothing to us, increasing the death toll of 9/11 to (let's see, 3000 +660,000/3000) 221 times the original. (And I have a right to speak about 9/11, having been just 30 blocks away. Where were you?) He deserves impeachment and worse. He has increased the percentage of Americans doing McJobs that barely keep them alive and actively encouraged the distribution of wealth to reach Marie Antoinette levels of difference.

Bush has got another Vietnam in his hands. He can not accept his failure and he is finding no way to get out of the mess.

Every Conflict the USA has engaged in, was started by the USA. "The U.S. is the only nation-state to have been condemned by the World Court for international terrorism." from the Link below... Check it out... http://www.matrixmasters.com/world/america/americaswars%20home.html

Acoosh, thank you very much for the kind words about me. I certainly believe that Americans should be proud of their country and think they should do everything they can do to make it the best they can. President Bush is an excellent role model for patriotism for us although he definitely is in an unenviable position as leader against enemies who want to destroy us. God bless America and God Bless our troups!

drea99, the surplus has been depleated because we had to fight 2 wars after 9-11 happened, pay victims and families after the terrorist's attacks, enormous cost from the deadliest hurricane cleanup and death toll. The deficits are going down almost monthly and the tax revenues are at an all time high because the tax cuts are working.

Jim, I listen to President Bush, too! I read the paper SOMETIMES, only because the paper (any and ALL) is BIASED. My father made is living working for newspapers across the nation and everyone of them was slanted toward the area where they were published. It's called "yellow journalism" and each person can believe whatever they want, because only part of it is true. The best way to know what a person believes or says is to actually HEAR what he says!
Karyn, "stay the course" is indeed old news. We all need to move on to something else. President Bush is doing the best he can to shrink the number of large terrorists groups in the world. With great people like your husband and all the other fearless troups that have volunteered to help fight this war, America will be successful. We all need to pray for our troups and for our President and leaders. We need to be supportive. We need to be positive. We need to stick together. Your husband and all the other troups will certainly be inspired and proud of all the support. Just ask him! <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
