That's pretty funny, especially since Clinton was impeached! Personally, I think Clinton's only asset is that he's a good actor.
The second impeachment trial for a president in US history started on January 11, 1999.
Despite heavy pressure from White House counsel and the American public, The Senate defeated a measure to dismiss all charges against the President.
On December 19, following much debate over the constitutionality of the proceedings and whether or not Clinton could be punished by censure rather than impeachment, the House of Representatives held its historic vote. Clinton was impeached on two counts, grand jury perjury (228206) and obstruction of justice (221212), with the votes split along party lines. The Senate Republicans, however, were unable to gather enough support to achieve the two-thirds majority required for his conviction. On Feb. 12, 1999, the Senate acquitted President Clinton on both counts. The perjury charge failed by a vote of 5545, with 10 Republicans voting against impeachment along with all 45 Democrats. The obstruction of justice vote was 5050, with 5 Republicans breaking ranks to vote against impeachment.

I liked Clinton as a President, just personally didn't like seeing his dirty laundry aired in the public media.
Even
with all his issues and problems - he currently retains a higher approval rating across the board than our ilustrious leader.
Bush is a completely different story....
NOT a scholar - I think that probably any school age American child recognizes that one.
NOT a statesman - (heck - he probably can't even SPELL Statecraft.)
NOT even standing outside the arena of diplomamcy. (Let's just say Kissinger isn't a fan.)
and if you watch his
actions and ignore his
rhetoric , probably not even a person of faith -
Bush Family "chummy" with the Bin Ladens for a long, long time...can anyone say "$5.00 for a gallon of gasoline??"
He has done damage that it will take generations to undo, both domestically and on the world stage...(too many issues to list here.)
At the grocery store the other day, waiting in the checkout line, I heard a 7 yr old in front of me ask his mother - "Mommy why won't President Bush change how angry he is in his heart? You told me we were all supposed to shake hands and play nice together yesterday."
The child had just looked at, read the title and tagline on the cover of a publication on display at adult eye level - it was about the war not being easy to get out of, the current death toll because of the fighting and how other countries are walking away from the conflict.
Sad, really.
