I wouldn't really compare childfreedom to the LGBT movement. The childfree don't live in mortal fear of coming out nor are we occassionally beaten and tied to fences and left to die for being childfree. There's discrimination, yes, but we're not denied of things (marriage, health insurance for our partner) because of our lifestyle. Plus, we chose to be childfree. Homosexuals and transsexuals don't.
I'm not trying to be bitchy or anything, so I hope it's not taken as such.

Oh, and another thing I hate....once you tell your friends.."The Mommy Club" that you are your husband decided not have kids, they say.. "Oh, you'll change your mind"... I hate it! And then I think, "why would I want to have children, after we sat here and listened to you [censored] about no sleep, expnense etc?! "

and yet another thing that pisses me off..... (I have a lot of built up anger about this!)
It pisses me off when having kids, and how little junior pooped in the toilet and how a milk duct got clogged is all the "mommy club" can blog about!! It's disgusting!
