What the hell is the WWE thinking letting this guy talk on the mic!? He can't even speak English even remotely well. I'm thinking this guy isn't going to last long. I heard he already killed another wrestler in a different org. by accidentally power bombing him straight on his head. The WWE always uses thes hugh giants as glorified jobbers. Since his mic skills are 0 out of 10 & his wrestling skills are probably 3 out of 10, that's what the Great Khali will be...i'm sure. What do you guys think of this new wrestler?

According to one website..."Buthere is something not in his WWE bio. Singh has wrestled in the States before. According to many wrestling observers he is a nice guy but just not any good at wrestling. Actually, in 2001 he accidentally killed a man in the ring by doing an imperfect powerbomb.
I am not a fan of the guy and I think is being pushed only for his size. He can't speak English well so he can't do promos, hence a manager.
I have no interest in the guy and feel his reign will be short lived.

How many people from the Longest Yard are wrestlers?
Kevin Nash Goldberg Stone Cold The Great Khali
If I see Adam Sandler, Chris Rock or Burt Reynolds step into a WWE ring I'm going to kill myself.

Oh, so he's definitely not speaking English?! I was trying to figure out if it was just incredibly, INCREDIBLY bad English or some actual language that he can't even put across properly. Okees.
Why do we need both him and Mark Henry? I don't like either of them, but c'mon, Henry can actually talk normally. And both on the one show is just [censored] giant overkill.

He is so reminiscent of Giant Gonzales/ El Gigante and you see how long he lasted. I think the only English he knew was when he was in WCW and said to Flair, "I want the belt."

So far I've only seen him once on WWE. (Remember we're way behind).
His massive overpowering of the Undertaker was remiss of both Giant Gonzales (ekk) and Zeus (even ekkier). I hated both those characters.
As far as wrestlers not being able to talk and needing a manager. Well, I don't mind that. Just so long as they can wrestle. I Kinda like having a few managers around. It worked for Kane, Abyss, Brute Bernard etc.
I remember Big Sid V not being the best at executing moves. I don't remember who it was but didn't he nearly cripple someone in an early "War Games" cage match. Even Hogan stuffed up a Big Match against Giant Baba (I think it was Baba), and had to pin him for the title after completely knocking him out. As I understand, he wasn't supposed to win at all.
Let the guy have a chance. But if he continues to stink up the ring, give him the Big Giant Gonzales send off.

Tikus,
Khali hasn't been around in WWE but for a very short time. So I can't say if he is a good worker or not. But, if everything I have heard is correct, his in ring skills are not that good. But just because you are big does'nt mean you can't be a good wrestler technically. Case in point, last nights RAW saw Show and Kane wrestle very technical. Show was doing drop toe holds, hammerlock reversals and a bunch of other wrestling basics we in the know refer to as monkeys. It was quite impressive, and showed that not only is the Big Show huge and strong, but he also knows how to work. Eddie Guerrero made a statement in his DVD "Cheating Death, Stealing life" that his father, The Great Gory Guerrero, always said to him "Son, the most important thing is to LEARN how to wrestle. If you can wrestle you will always have a job." That is a beautiful piece of advise, as no matter if you have a look, can talk on the mic and all that, the most important skill is to be able to master the basics. That way you can adapt your style to whoever you are wrestling and make a good match.

Khali can't wrestle well. He is just big and has a look. He will "wrestle" Undertaker at the next PPV. May UT have an angel on his shoulder working with that stiff. I don't mean to be mean but yikes. UT seems to get stuck with all the big guys who can't work.

Someone mentioned the Big Show wrestling technically on RAW this past Monday. That's the kind of thing Hogan should of done from time to time because I have a good amount of respect for him as a showman but a wrestler forget about it. Even in Hogan's prime he was so immobile & predictible. Then you have guys like Benoit who are great wrestlers, but displays a one dimensional personality & horrible on the mic. If he would push himself to explore other persona's like Jericho & Guerrero did, he would be 1st tier headliner most of the time instead of just occasionally. Yes, being a good versatile wrestler is the most important thing but being able to have mic skills & make a spectacle out of whatever persona you are given or come up with are not too far behind in my opinion.
