BellaOnline Forums Hobbies and Crafts Crochet Anyone willing to share a DUSTER pattern?

Hi, I'm new and I have looked all over the whole wide web for a pattern for a duster. They resemble a sweater coat, but are not that thick. Here's the catch...I taught myself to crochet about a month ago, and I know the basics, so if you know a fairly easy pattern, please, PLEASE PPLLEEAASSEE share it. I love this site, by the way...I'll be back to "teach" myself according to your lessons.

I know there was a filet crochet one in the January issue of Crochet magazine

Hi, I saw that pattern, but when I went to buy the mag, it was gone. Does anyone have a copy they could send to me or direct me towards?

Have you tried the Lion Brand website??? They have a pattern (or two) for crocheted dusters.... They're heavier than the one in that issue of Crochet mag. but they look like they'd be lovely to wear. Sorry if that's not what you're looking for. --Kati
